"Gave me wrong address to send my auto insurance payments and returned my check!! No help from Melba Ballard insurance they were rude, condescending and curt!’n"

"Michael was very helpful and lowered my car insurance while also increasing my coverage from GEICO. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to give me information and give me a quote over email. All I did was send him my current coverage information from an easy printout and he did the rest, including helping me transition from Geico. Being able to save $30 a month in car insurance means a lot these days!"
