"I have been with State Farm for 40plus years. I have been with Melba Ballard's agency for most of those years. I had a wonderful experience with Julie (an agent in the office). Last week I had a real problem with a car accident claim . The accident happened in South Carolina 7 weeks ago and the claim was appropriately filed. I live in South Florida. The dealership (body shop for Kia in South Carolina) told us the car was finally ready to be picked up. We drove to South Carolina and went to the dealership on Thursday. The service advisor claimed that a supplemental invoice was submitted to State Farm and the funds were not received yet so we could not take the car. We do not live in South Carolina. We were told we would have to wait till the following Monday for the supplemental claim to be reviewed. We needed to get back home and we were not leaving without the car. Well thanks to Julie's proactive assistance and Shanequa (Online Claims Representative) push come to shove attitude, the supplemental claim was immediately reviewed and approved. Without Julie and Shanequa , I think we would still be in South Carolina waiting for the car. Thank you Julie for all your help. We could not have done it without you. This is a great State Farm agency with super helpful agents."

"I have recently and once again, had the opportunity (or misfortune!) to call on State Farm to get me out of a problem. I was driving on a solidly packed dirt/gravel road and ran into a patch of sugar sand. Well, one call is all it took. A tow truck was sent to winch me out! I've been with State Farm since a teen under my dad's policy. In my 60 years State Farm I've never had a problem with a claim, accident, or help on the road. When anyone asks who I'd recommend the answer is always State Farm."
